This site does not provide support for tests we host, only for our site itself. If you have a problem with getting one of the speed checks to run on your site, we recommend you visit the developer of that test for support. We go as far as to host a variety of speed tests to help you pin down your actual speeds but beyond that we can not offer assistance.
